How glorious your rowan tree is with both the bright colour and still the green in it's leaves.

I haven't had porcici since 1985 at my aunt's house in Sweden. We do not have many edible mushrooms in Australia in the wild.

We will get this year plenty of porcine because the weather has been good for them. From our country thousands of kilos go to Italy by lorries through Europe :) Italian, who is living here married to Finnish woman is organizing that.
Also I use them much, when I can find them :)

Autumn is such a beautiful season. The colours, the fruits, the harvests.... but over far too quickly. And then... WINTER! Brrrr!!! But let's enjoy the last few weeks of summer. The children go back to school in 2 weeks time, and my 2 little (big) grandsons will both be starting nursery school.... Isaac 3 mornings a week and Callum 2 mornings a week.
